Daniel our specialist personal trainer, has been in the fitness industry since 1998 working in several leisure centres and health clubs as a Recreation Assistant, Fitness Consultant and Assistant Manager. He went to Manchester Metropolitan University in 2002, reading Hons (BA) Coaching and Sports Development. Since University, Daniel has been a Personal Trainer undertaking many other courses to expand his knowledge and experience. Along with Personal Training clients individually, he also runs a Boot Camp class every Tuesday evening at Burwash Common Pavillion.
