    Offers an excellent range of classes including circuits, yoga, and bodypump. Facilities are basic outside of the gym floor, however it's a relatively quiet gym in comparison to the city centre ones so there's rarely a wait for the machines. That in itself is a definite plus from me.

    It's out of the way for most people, but if you live that way or have a car it's perfect.
