Positive Lifestyle is awesome independent gym just outside of Petersfield. It is quite a small gym, located in a barn on a small country industrial estate. Despite the relatively small size of the gym it has great equipment included a range of free weights, kettlebells, barbell rack, smith machine, cable machines and benches. It also has a range of various other equipment such as skipping ropes, TRXs, gym balls etc. There is also a good range of cardio equipment such as treadmills, spin bikes, rowing machines and cross-trainers. The only thing I would say the gym lacks is an extensive range of weight machines however, this is not essential in my opinion.

There is a class/spin studio which is of good size and has about 20 spin bikes. Loads of different classes including spinning, yoga, body pump are run regularly as well as group and personal training if desired. The staff and owners are friendly and hugely knowledgeable also.

Although not particularly cheap, I believe you get what you pay for and I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a well run place with a friendly atmosphere!
