Have a twin brother of which we are both bikers on Honda Blackbirds. Both Warrior diet and keep fit. Want to try and stay fit, keep strong and improve my balance so I can stay active well into my 50's and 60's.
  • Wow found a way to loose 5 pounds in 3 days. Bought a Marks and Spencer Chicken Pasta ready meal in Tunbridge Wells on my way back from a spa weekend. Just returned to work today a shadow of my former self lol Still feeling sick and un-gymed!

I highly recommend the diet i did yesterday. The intense migrane diet that consists of lying in the dark all day throwing up whilst believing your head is going to fall off.

    Hope youre feeling better!

  • The day I walked Snowdon carrying a 20Kg pack for 7 hours up the Miners track. A lot of steps but heart rate was pretty and constant. Love technology and discovering what your body does under pressure! :0)

  • Warrior diet is not really a diet it's a way of life. What a change in energy and strength! Wish I knew what I know now when I was 30.

  • 18 months in owning a Fitbit. 2 stone lighter and resting heart rate gone from 63 down to 55. Lowest during the night now 44. Back problems less due to being light, stronger and learning now to stretch all the right area's which includes hip flexers.

  • New Fitbit Blaze it better in many respects but the Surge is better on some other ways. At least I can see the time on the Surge at time whereas the Blaze you either press a button or have to hold it at the right angle to turn the screen on.

  • Learning so much about myself from my Fitbit Surge. Average resting heart rate in relation to 24hr fasting and different training methods!
