  • Managed to hurt my neck and shoulder, so I have to now rest for a couple of weeks. SO frustrating as I need to be training before the onslaught of Christmas food!

  • So, on Saturday a huge amount of fun was had at the British Rowing Indoor Championships! Not only did we get to compete in Lee Valley Velodrome, but we got to row against the GB rowing team! Our relay team came 12th out of 19 teams, which isn't too bad considering the athletes we were up against and only managing to train as a team once the weekend before. Here's to next year! #BRIC2016

  • Last night I was the only person to turn up at @gover-gym circuits... everyone must be in Christmas mode already! Awesome one on one session though... 30 x 100m rows with a minute in between with 20 x of a random leg exercise. Managed an average split of 1:36 across all 30. Just what I needed to train for the Indoor Rowing Championships! #BRIC2016

  • I think I may have made the most perfect stack of healthy pancakes! These guys are made from 2 eggs, 1 banana, 20g chia seeds, 20g of flaxseed and a handful of blueberries
