Was a lover of cross country running in my 20's, gym freak in my 30's then sadly the better half died from pancreatic cancer and comfort eating started, April 2017 was a massive 23st 8lb - Man on a mission to get thinner, fitter and get myself back out there - as of this bio 22/12/2017 currently 18st 10lb - so its going the right way
