Although most of us shop around to find the cheapest and best gym near us, there are a large number of exclusive establishments also popping up. Grace Belgravia is one of those such establishments, catering purely for women. Billed as a health, well being and lifestyle club for women Grace Belgravia is reserved for those women who truly regard their healthy lifestyle as worth spending the big bucks on.

Grace is located in the heart of Belgravia, London, in a stunning grade II listed building. Occupying 11,500 sq. ft of space, the building is flooded with light to create a space which immediately calms the spirit. Focusing on women’s health the club is led by a team of internationally recognized medical experts, nutritionists, chefs, therapists, and personal trainers. Catering to all ages, Grace can provide women with help on young adulthood, menopause, ageing well, child rearing, fertility and pregnancy as well as general health and body issues they may encounter.

There is a medical and wellbeing clinic, Gym, Spa retreat, healthy food bar and restaurant on site to cover all of the needs of every member. Whilst a dynamic networking and events calendar, which focuses on health and wellbeing, current affairs, arts, fashion and culture ensures that women are never left with nothing to occupy and educate themselves with.

Containing a fully equipped Gym, classes and equipment have been tailored around the needs of the female body. A choice of over 90 weekly complimentary classes ensures that there is always a range of exercises to immerse yourself in. Personal training is available to help members reach goals, whilst Grace’s nutritionists work very closely with you to create bespoke nutritional program that can work in tandem with your lifestyle and exercise to create the perfect result!

The Grace Spa harnesses the raw power of nature to create a relaxing environment perfect for detoxing the soul. Essential oils and herbs, purifying algae, and thermal mineral water will benefit every aspect of mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

As for the price of membership, well Grace requires you to submit an enquiry. But it comes in at around £5000+ a year, depending on what package you are after!
